Supabets system mistakes are intentional to take our money

Supabets introduced cashout in April 2019 since from then Supabets has been robbing us cause it was actually a lie ,Supabets system doesn’t allow clients to cash out ,spike to kamogelo (supavisor? Was told it was my phone the system don’t have issues ,I spoke to their agent Nneria and her Supavisor lort who told me the reason why the cash put on mobile system don’t work is because of their licence in which it was also a lie

Until I spoke to Eugene who followed up and ended up seeing the issue I was talking about ,

Supabets fixes the problem and updated their system , this after all this months where our money was taken with the impression that their system is fair while when it is not

After all this suggestions and advice I gave Supabets from May 2019 till yesterday when the system was updated, I didn’t even get thank you from Supabets , I mean like people who are making suggestion they are being paid but with me am not paid , it not fair cause this is. Big thing .. why am I not paid not even get thank you ?
