SUPABETS SURPRISE! A NEW BEGINNING.

I'll be the first to admit that I have had major problems with supabet in the past Iike: not receiving money, bonuses not been given, unable to reach anybody - no replies by email, no live chat ,disconnected from live chat, disabled live chat basically no communication and I've had a few altercations about not receiving money.As well as the same problem as many people on hello Peter I see are posting about,which was last Saturday the 21st where they apparently had some problem with the free spins and it seems that lots of people won from these spins and can't get paid ,now I was the first person to be on their case I can guarantee you that and it was not pleasant.. They refused my payments told me it was a mistake blah blah blah and I immediately posted a review on here even though my three previous reviews were all removed immediately bybhellopeter - not sure why, but this one I made sure there were no breaches of any guidelines and they kept it up. I have removed that post now - I've taken it down because I received a phone call yesterday, well I actually made the call myself I didn't receive it and I demanded feedback and within 10 minutes they had returned the money to my account which I had won and I went on to play and withdraw some of it, so I have to give them my vouch in this case.Thumbs up here because they did come through in the end and I can be honest I didn't expect it so I think it's fair I remove the post which I did. they've started the future business relationship with a clean sweep of past behaviours They have done the right thing and have paved the way for a future of Goodwill so I have to commend them for coming through on this one. It was a long shot but they did the right thing and put customers first for a change.New beginnings Supabets and thank you!
