Supabets sucks
So I used to see and hear bad reviews about Supabets people not having their deposits Credited. Happened to me my deposit never got Credited and they can't even help me, WhatApp number help line is always Online but ignores me, sent emails they ask for proof of payment, I sent it more than 3 times and no response after that. I'm tired now I have let them take it. Will close of my account. And use other betting sites, Supabets is useless people beware.

After investigation, it was found that
On our website it states the following;
FAQ - I made a deposit into my account and the money is not reflecting. What could be the problem?
ANSWER: - If all is in order with your account for example; if your FICA documents and your account has been validated (accounts that have not yet been validated still accept deposits), the payment will be made within 24 hours unless it is interbank transfer like FNB to Capitec then the funds can take up to 3 days to reflect in the clients account.
Based on the above, we can only allocate the deposit to the virtual betting account once the deposit reflects on the bank statement.

After investigation, it was found that
- the deposit was made by the user on Saturday 2019-06-22 at 16:29.
- The deposit is an interbank transfer (CAP to STB) it would take three business days to reflect on our Standard bank statement.
