Supabets suck
Been trying to make withdrawals now few times, but either they don't make payouts or its their policy to reverse the withdrawal amount back into betting account.. And staff not helpful at all(Yes, I'm looking at you Albertus Scott).. No one at all willing to help with withdrawals... I've been stressed few times already with reversing of withdrawals, I end up losing intended withdrawal, as I felt it wasn't worth the hassle.. Please don't use this betting firm.. I even enquired at an agent if withdrawal can be made at a branch, but still waiting for some reply.. Would have given it zero stars, unfortunately have to give it the one as zero not available

12 Feb 2018, 14:54So yesterday had to drive more than 30km to a branch to get some information on withdrawal (don't bother calling as all agents seems to be busy).. Luckily some guy(JJ @ Bellville Branch) was able to assist me with withdrawal) unfortunately, I had to wait more than an hour for payout. First some back and forth emails, then some scanning of ID and faxing... Then, not surprisingly, payout got delayed because the system was offline.. So while waiting, asked one of the counter agents if I can place an in-play bet... He probably thought I was speaking a foreign language, as he had no clue what I was talking about.. He called JJ(who I think is in charge), who told me they don't have that function /option on the system.. So in all, this isn't a very professional outfit..

Just a reminder :your clients should be very important to you, treat them that way.
Spoke to a few gambling guys, will not mention the betting sites they use, but overall service are much better..
Three different ones got a 24 hour live chat(it's direct, not as your WhatsApp support where if you lucky, you get an automated message after 30 minutes).. You dealing with people's money, and that's very important to us..
I understand you fairly new in this business, and need their share of the market, but client's needs should come first.. Also, it can be very irritating with withdrawals, to mail you details over and over again (again, other betting firms don't do this.. You just do the request for withdrawal online, and it gets paid to your account, with no hassles).. This security measures of you are unnecessary, as it implies your accounts are not safe and can be hacked..
