Supabets stole my money

So I made a R600 withdrawal from Supabets ,I was treated badly by call centre agents and managers while when I have trying to find out why am I not receiving my withdrawals ,I was told it takes 24hours ,it has passed 24hours but still am being pushed from one agent to the other, this ppl are bad very bad
