Supabets Service Poor

I have never in my entire life received such **** service from Supabets I made a simple deposit of R100 into there Absa account and exhausted there useless resources to get assistance, firstly the customer service consultants are clueless might as well be speaking to a wall. They all give inconsistent answers and are just rude like I owe them something instead of them doing what they get paid to do. Secondly there are no supervisors to assist constantly been told there in meetings. I don't understand why they provide a service they cant honour. We customers now have to loose out on teams to bet because some individuals cannot do there job or go the extra mile for a great customer experience. Sincerely your ****ed off customer.
