Supabets remote server ****s
Supabets bad online service 1 today I was playing instant games a game called dream catcher played on R1 bet with 15 lines eventually I spin and recieved 3 of those rainbow ***** and all the other lines were similar items top,bottom,left side and right side quess what they paid me a lowzy R5 when I tried to get hold for a query the just ignored me other consultant a guy gave me alot of excuse rather solutions but when we losing money then it's fair to them I'm really not happy at all they came across as ****s of this country for a big company like that they service pathetic don't whether the consultants self is the ********s or management also not aware if the shareholders are aware of they dishonest stuff possible IT team could be responsible for such an act I need answers am not gonna leave it like this....
Probably the whole week they gave me problems there are times when I enter the app on the platform of the instant games slots where I would spin and they would put up a notice GONGRATULATIONS YOU HAVE WON "SLOW NETWORK"..after that you can imagine what happens then you can clearly see how there control with they remote server.just imagine do they think all of us is uneducated...

18 Feb 2021, 17:19I've had contact with Supabets They still on that excuse mode been speaking to one of they consultant's name is lloyd serekweng said his working at they head office this guy rather treated me as a suspect while I'm the victim I'm sure the training they giving these consultants is really messing up they personal integrity aswell these people are really ****s for a big company such as.....to anyone publicly reading this don't ever try and excess they online instant games you will find yourself in a situation like mine you the victim then they wanna treat you as the suspect....Im not leaving this thing like this it's fine keep the rest of the pay out but I'm gonna make sure the world knows the level of your integrity as a betting company...

29 Jul 2021, 10:51I have been contacted just now by 1 of supabets manager Stephan...the outcome to this they still have no solution to my problem the guy starts shifting the blame said to me it is they service providers thats responsible for the matter and made another promise with no specifics...
