Supabets refuse to pay

Good morning

My name is William Mashamaite, I have a quier with Supabets regarding a bet.

Ohk I have placed a bet with Supabet on a game with a betting option of under 3.5 goals. The 3 goals was scored within 90 minutes of play and the official injury time added by fourth official was 4 minutes. It happened that the forth goal came at 94 minutes and 9 sec meaning the goal was scored after 4 minutes of the injury time and game ended at 5+.

I went to supabets Terms and conditions under soccer and 9.1 states and I qoute "Bets on the amount of injury time are settled on the time indicated by the fourth official’s board, rather than the actual time played."

So in this regard the official injury time indicated by the fourth official was 4 minutes, the 4th goal came in at 4 minutes 9 sec and the actual time play was 95+.

The game was between Chongqing Lifan vs Tianjin Teda played on the 2nd of July 2020 at 14h00

Kindly assist me because this is not the first time supabets rob me. The rule is clear but they refuse to pay.
