Supabets Poor &Unfair Service
<p>HelloPeter!!I write to report poor and unfair service from Supabets Gaming Group.On 30/07/17 I placed a soccer betslip(S33SWCWAZWAS-195717) via my mobile.The total odds were around 38 and my potential payout was around R1240 considering I staked R30.I won on all my teams and guess what Supabets credit me a meagre R110.17 into my account!!!I sent screenshots via email and nobody rep****.Then i called their callcenter and their agents were not of any help at all eg a certain Brian promised feedback but went

Thank you very much for your concern.Yes Supabets did call me back with a lot of explanations that left me more puzzled than satisfied!!You see i bet on two games basing the asian handicap market(-0.25&-1.25 respectively)Now the -0.25 market states that the team in particular must win for you to win your bet.But if that team draws you lose half your stake and the other half is REFUNDED to you.The -1.25 handicap states a team must win with 2 goals or more..If that team wins with 1 gol its a half lose again and the same rules i mentioned above apply..Now the Supabets team said any half losing ticket is priced at 0.5 period..Where is that money that must be REFUNDED??I dont have a problem with recalculations ive seen them before and none of them have ever depreciated the value of a betslip to less than 10%..Even at your Supabets platform ive won a bet staked R15 with these half loses included and it got paid in full..If everything about a half lose is priced at 0.5 yet i get no refund on that stake then surely that calculation is not based on the true rules of Asian handicap...I hope you understand where im coming from..
