Supabets poor services
Been having a problem with a game called supabets as of from monday 26/07/2021 anyway long story short been struggling the whole past week with they staff to fix my issue eventually they fixed it today and when i entered the instant game this morning only to find out my 15 free games was no longer available...im really unhappy with regards to how they treat me as a client im so sure now that for a legit huge company such as a behaving as cheap time ******...a problem on a problem really i plea with its shareholders to pull they employees on the right track otherwise they will lose alot of clients to these minor issues...

04 Aug 2021, 02:59Once again have i been rob by supabets 3 days ago they resolved my past issue but not satisfactory or rather what ive ecpected i have waisted etme data i think i went the extra mile into them assisting me with an expectation i would get something back from my free spins not knowing they wicked plans towards a loyal client that is on they platform almost everyday of my life...anyway long storie short when i managed to enter the game called firefighters of wich ive been struggling with them almost 7 days well i have been so persistent for a reason knowing i would in some way get my money back wich i spend on that query...
With my surprise there were no longer free spins there..i then decided then let me query so did query to them also expecting positive feedback because they can mos see on they system did have spins or not and the reason why that game was stucked its because it rolled on 15 free spins and that was my main reason why i went a extra mile even to fine myself at hello peter platform with this issue so anyway they said that they would refer the matter to the rightful department the consultant claim she did submit my query fine enough two days ago they sent me a email stating that i never had 15 free spins they knw very well they are liers..
There are alot of proof coz even all my complains on this platform was regards to my free spins so thats reason why im writing this coz im sitting with the proof but dont know what to do...

04 Aug 2021, 03:11To my experience on this very same game called firefighters a month ago i won R2500 on this game also with free spins and on my 1st or second spin i got another 15 free spins infact almost 20 spins i recieved a bonus so i ended up with 200 or more free spins.. so im asuming with that kinda history they were afraid history will be repeated so thus the reason why they decided rather to rob me open eyes they have completely no symphaty for any of they clients at all....and i also lose most of the time so why give a person hard time if luck comes my way so its goood if i rather lose ...mxm
