Supabets payment service apalling

Supabets in Sunnysige Pretoria has long queue for collections and only one teller is serving that long queue as usual but tellers taking bets each have an average of two clients at a time and those tellers are more than 20 with some serving no body but just chatting among themselves. To me this says you are quick to take the money but reluctant to pay the winning tickets so that we can lose patience in the queue and walk away so that we can either lose the tickets or reach the expiry date so that you don't pay. This is shameful service I await your response
