Supabets Nigeria Site on maintenance for weeks now. Customers frustrated.
Please why is Supabets Nigeria doing this to its customers, this is not fair, my huge sum of money was deposited into my bet account, till today I can't make bet, and I have to make bets in order to win so I can withdraw. Till now from over weeks now they said they are having technical issues which is never ending and I can't place bet anymore my money is just hanging in that site. I'm frustrated already.

Because the customer support has refuses to even give some time frame on when the alleged upgrade will be done. They are just saying soon, soon, our hard earned deposited money is being Dormant in there.

Nice feedback, But please as a fully registered customer can i know if there is any time period frame that we the Nigerian customers should be expecting the Finnishing of the upgrades? Because this is what the customer support in Nigeria is not telling us and that makes it looks like there are playing some mind games with people's funds. Atleast they should make us have some time expectations when we can be able to access the site functionality. This upgrade has been long time and we don't even have any idea when it's gonna be through. It's very worrisome.
