Supabets - minus rating if I could

I opened a new account with Supabets, who requested FICA documents to be allowed to withdraw money. I sent the documents, they then asked for me to have the document certified. I went through the hassle and did it. When I tried to withdraw I got an error stating my banking details need to be verified, even though they approved my FICA using my bank statement. I then contacted them, their staff were unhelpful, making up stories about FICA which were untrue. There purpose for this was achieved and I lost my money, They told me management would review and they would get back to me, but as expected no feedback about this Stay away you will not get winnings paid,
