Supabets ***** and cheats !!!

Appalling service from Supabets, I would think in a competitive market a large organisation such as supabets would have their act together instead of trying to underhandedly lie and cheat their patrons from withdrawing their weekly bonuses after having spent and lost a lot of money with them.

I spent a lot of money this past week, most of which I lost, I did receive my weekly bonus on Tuesday 30/07/2019 I was then advised there are new terms and conditions to can withdraw the Bonus to your main account, I went and played over the Bonus twice as requested and at the required odds.

To my dismay and frustration its been 48hrs of them dilly dallying and not wanting to transfer my bonus, no one seems to know whats going on and we keep being referred to a lady Heidi who seems to be overseas.

I have used them for the past 8 years and it seems sad to have to opt to change online betting provider, as this new frustration now seems a weekly thing.
