Supabets is not worth using

I used supabets debit facility to credit my account . Transaction was done on 31 October 2020 and my account is not credited . They don't reply or investigate just wait for you to contact them and then they say it dies not reflect . It's been over 92 hours what system they using why must we wait so long. They should make and effort as it was there debit facility that was used
