supabets is a ****, I've been using their online service for over a year,trying my luck on basketball games, over/under score market. I placed a bet which contained 17 games with odds 0.88 last year December 2018 ending 20th of January 2019, by the 06 of January 2019 eleven games won. Clever supabets seeing that my bet is approaching a potential win of 4.9 million ,the six remaining games were voided,when I emailed and question them why, I was told the odds were wrong and they had to void the remaining games, I asked how were they wrong whilst I've been betting on similar odds for over a year losing and I have proof of that,I got no answer. My bet was adjusted accordingly and because all other games won , I won R107 300,my friend whom we share with won R12 000 because he had lesser games than me that won,he had 7,I was credited with the amount on my account, I withdrew R7000 same day, the next day they reversed all the amount, I've made calls,sent emails asking for an explanation, their explanation didn't make sense, I was told I was over payed, and I was supposed to have been payed R14000 of which R10 000 is a compensation for the whole confusion, meaning i was supposed to get R4000, other reasons were that my ticket was cancelled because it reached the maximum basketball payout, I asked how ,I was then ignored, I was then advised by the supabet ethekwini branch manager to take the matter to gambling board,saying im wasting my time with the head office I won't get help.
