Supabets Has Very Poor Bad Service

Yesterday in the morning at around 8 am, I deposited R20 into my supabets accounts but it is not reflecting even today, more than 24 hours after. I used their WhatsApp to inquire about my cash yesterday midday & I was told that the its the banks fault. How can the bank withhold a cash for more than 24 hours. That does not make any sense and on top of that no body is helping me on WhatsApp since yesterday. They keep asking if I have been helped and when I respond to say no I have not, they do not respond and just keep quiet. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. Supabets should let us know if they have had enough of our cash so we can use other websites to place our bets ! Very Angry !
