Supabets has gone Awol online

Supabets have been offline since Midnight Tuesday and they didn't inform their customers about their website technical problem ,they said their technicians are looking into the matter it might take few hours , on Tuesday afternoon they said they were running a maintenance on their website and that it will only you take few hours, hours became days until now their website is not running ,they are not even bothered to state what is an issue or problem , our monies are sitting on their website as customers we are frustrated and they are lying and sending one message to all customers , you want to tell me the whole 3 days they are fixing a website to no avail, they are very unprofessional, Hellopeter please intervene.
