Supabets Fnb Ewallet pin outstanding

I did an Fnb Ewallet withdrawal on my supabets account on the 15 May 2020 and till to date I haven’t received my pin. I have escalated this matter to their support team but no 1 seems to be giving me a straight answer, they always say they have escalated to relevant dept and will come back shortly. I don’t know we’re the hold up is at bcos Fnb is not aware of it. I made so many calls to supabets but they are not expediting my complaint. This is my last resort.
