Supabets doesn't want to pay the money I won

Hello Peter my name is Nobantu. I've won 1500 plus Saturday the played through supabets. I withdrew the money Saturday through Fnb pro I never received an sms withdrawal and when I checked on my withdrawal dashboard it said transaction pending and never received the sms or refund till date.

What irritate me the most is the whenever I call their call center for help they always say we will call you back and they never did ( spoke to Nosipho, Brian and Tebogo) they all told me the same thing that they will call and their never did.

Supabets if your terms and conditions are saying when someone wins will get the money pay the money no matter how small it is...its still mine.

I am so disappointed in your service and wouldn't advise someone to join your platform for betting!

Thanks for your reply...haven't received any call, my supabets account still not refunded...my user name is Nabantu2 to your team can use username id to see that the money wasn't paid fnb ewallet and supabets account wasn't refunded. I hope this issue get solved today!
