Supabets doesn't want pay withdrawals

I have requested an EFT withdrawal on Frday the 29 July, still not paid . sent numerous emails and they keep on saying my matter has been escalated to the relevant department. I doubt such relevant department even exist , a withdrawal that was suppose to have taken 24 hours according to their system has taken more than 72 hours. I am still waiting , the service is beyond pathetic. So appalling
