Supabets deposit system is terrible and the call center agents aren't helpful at all.

The deposit system for supabets is bull****, out of all the deposits I've made into my account, using peach payment ;80% of the time they do not reflect and then I have to call and beg their call center agents who never do their job on time. Some of the money gets credited at times you end up not getting your money back. Yesterday I made a R100 deposit which I knew might not reflect and it didn't. I called the call center and they told me it'll reflect, sent an email with proof of payment and all they keep on telling me is they've made a follow up. Don't follow up gets responses?
