Supabets deposit R500 not credited to my account

Supabets is a useless company they never attend to their queries. I made a deposit of R500 yesterday 14:50 as der were matches i wanted to placebets on, till today i am waiting for my deposit to reflect in my account. I have sent dem several emails with proof of payments but dey arent doing anthing about it. When i called deir support department, i was told dat dey have escalated to de deposit department to action but the deposits is quiet and the agents at support cant go to the deposits side to find out whats going on i den decided to deposit R230 and R250 late in de evening yesterday of which dese 2 reflected immediately, i fail to understand why dey could credit R230 and R250 immediately but fail to credit me with R500 i deposited 1st. And de issue is that i canr ask for my money back since dey are failing to credit deir account. i have decided to close off supabets account immediately as soon as my money is credited, i will open an account with hollywoods or betway. Supabets is very disappointing. Its not de 1st tym dat im experiencing this, i have been battling for the past 3 weeks with them deciding when dey credit my account. Im going ti deactivate tgis account because its no point of me having something that i battle with everyday
