Supabets days of unresolved issues

I have had to fica again, it has been 2 days with no help, the operators just pass the buck and do not help resolve the issue. Every agent has a different excuse. Responses take almost the entire day with no resolution. It is disgraceful the amount of time you have to spend on the phone just to be pushed to the next agent who is less help than the first. Why can you not sit on the phone with the correct department while they resolve the issue.
