Supabets Customer Services - Terrible

Ive previously commented on how wonderful SupaBets was, however over time the level of service dropped significantly, right now lm waiting over 24hours for funds to be credited to my SupaBets account, they dont have a system that log clients enquiries because everytime l call l have to explain again to the agent the situation. Ive send proof of payments, statements and every time lm being told my enquiry has been escalated and l should wait 30min for funds to reflect, 24 hours later and lm still waiting....
