supabets bad to worse

so i was having issues with my bets on supabets and they advised it was their fault and they would return my money and get back to me.that was thursday! its monday,im on the phone with them as im writting this review and the agent on the line has no clue what im talking about,she is now asking me what she should type for the bookmakers.she has no clue who i spoke to.this is such bad service.i want my money back
