Supabets bad servise

I just want to share my latest unjust experience with Supabets. As of yesterday I've made a bet with Supabets and luckily my bet has won, to my surprise Supabets wont let me withdraw my winnings, they demand that I should first FICA mind you this is not the first time that I have used their site for betting. I have done this several times before I have won several times before, I have withdrawn several times before as well, but to my surprise I haven't received my winning as we speak.

I just want to warn and alert the would be Punters that next time you want to take a bet on a mobile phone or your Computer, please stay away from Supabets unless you want to be disappointed.

I called and spoke to some lady yesterday who promised to escalate the matter but up till now no results, Supabets have not come back to me yet with a solution and my money is still stuck with them. So fellow punters whatever you do please stay away from Supabets to avoid disappointments.
