Supabets bad service

Everytime when I withdraw with Supabets there are hasles, all the time they complain about systems down, I don't know how long are gonna struggle like this with Supabets, I tried to call and my call was attended to by a very rude lady who was not willing to help, I even had to hang up the call. If Supabets is to survive in this modern world they need to get rid of this rude lady.

Even now I still waiting for my money not knowing when is the money gonna reflect in my account and ewallet.
