SUPABETS are very UNPROFESSIONAL and USELESS

This is one of the most *********** betting websites I have ever come across. It takes them MORE THAN 24 HOURS for them to credit you once you have deposited cash into your supabet account. Today at around 8am, I deposited cash into my account but now its 10:40 am & the money is still not reflecting. This is not the first time this happens and the last time it did, I was promised that it will not happen ever again & foolish as I am I believed them and went on to deposit today. I sent them WhatsApp messages at 9 am and they still haven't gotten back to me or make my money reflect accordingly.I also sent them an email and nobody has responded to it until now, about 40 minutes ago. People of SA, watch out. There are ******** out who are ruining the reputation of all the other betting groups.

Unbelievable.......its been more than 6 hours and Supabets has not contacted me or helped me in any way. Im shocked at the level on incompetence. They clearly do not care about their loyal customers. They dont even provide an explanation as to what is going on.

Bad service from Supabets. I would never ever recommend them to any of my friends or people I know. It literally took them more than 24 hours to credit my account. I deposited money on Sunday morning and it only reflected on Tuesday morning.
