SUPABETS ARE PARASITES

I paid in money to use to bet, i then decided i do not want to gamble anymore, i asked for my money back, this all happen in July, its October now and i have not received my money. The first excuse was that i must wait 30 days, i waited and still nothing. 2nd excuse my FICA documents, i resent them, they acknowledged that they received it. i waited another 30 days, NOTHING. I called the call center and consultant said i will be called back, NOTHING I once received an email that i will get my money in 2 working days, NOTHING Yesterday a reply email said they do not pay back deposited money only winnings. but that is my money and i want it back.

I have all the emails with SUPABETS from July to date and no money back, such a big company do not want to return R475.
