Supabets are not paying my withdrawal

Withdrawals are expremely long and agonizing. I have been trying to withdraw my Money from yesteday thtough Ozow. Indicated that it pending review but nothing is being done.

I have called support multiple times and they all give me the same response "they have escalated the query to the withdrawal team"

They have stiulated that withdrawals through ozow and supapay are immediate but thats not the case

Please have the withdrawal team contact me to process my withdrawal immediately. I am very frustrated.
