Supabets a bunch of ******

I placed a bet last week 6th October on Friday's Rally Racing. My ticket was only validated on Monday 9th using Sundays Results. I then contacted Supabets via email to enquire about these results to this day they haven't responded to me. i then called their service centre on ********** and the consultants kept giving me the run -around until i spoke to Kamohelo supposedly one of their supervisors who in turn promised to follow up my query with the bookmarkers but till now i havent had any response from him. I have already called supabets 3 times today and they keep telling me that Kamohelo is busy so it's clear to me that Supabets is just happy with us betting our hard earned money with them but when they have to pay up then it's a problem
