SUPABET REFUSING ALL MY WITHDRAWAL ATTEMPTS

Hi. I deposited R2000 on the 2nd of October. I played with the money and lost most of it. After one month as your policy say I tried withdrawing but I still cannot do so. I tried my best to get the little money I'm left with but still nothing. Please I just Want my money to pay back the people I borrowed from to assist when my son passed away but supabet Is giving me problems to withdraw.
