Supabet is a ****

I made a deposit of R100 into the supabets Nedbank account on Thursday 30th January 2020 the money was not reflecting the next day on the 31st I sent them proof of payment on that day the money still did not reflect and then I sent them another email Wednesday the 5th of February they keep responding with an email that say the matter has been escalated. Now I am fed up all I want is my refund so that I can bet where the service is proper. Supabet is a flybynight that ought to have its licence revoked by the gambling board. I feel like I am being taken for a ride by Supabet withholding my money against my wish.
