It seems supabets is very quick to take money in but extremely sluggish when a withdrawal is made. I sent a withdrawal request on Saturday around 1 am hoping ti get my money within 12 hours but its Monday and still no money. Call centre keeps spinning some story about escalating the request to the withdrawal department and that thw money should be in anytime soon but dololo. I shouldn't have to use my airtime to enquire ad follow up multiple times just to be **** to. I want my money then im gone no more supabets im going back to Betway and Bettinf World, they have much better customer service and you never have to call for your withdrawal to be processed!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡
