Supa Bad Service

Good day people. I made a withdrawal of standard bank instant money with supabets and I'm standing here at a petrol station since 11 this morning waiting for my voucher. I made several attempts to find out y is there a delay and the common answers that I receive is we have escalated you query to the relevant department which I was expecting already. Tried chatting with them again as I need to fetch my kids at school which is an emergency for me cause the secretary has called me several times as they also want to leave. The last agent I spoke to gave me the common answer and ended the chat, if I think about it all the agent's did the same. Now if I'm trying to go into the chats it automatically kicks me out which I know was done by an agent as I have call center experience from various industries. In fact I'm gonna Screenshot all my certificates that I received from my companies for best customer service agent for the year. I really have an emergency as u guy's know that our children is being kidnapped and forced into prostitution in other countries. I'm highly disappointed in the service I received from Supabets, I'm thinking of closing the account after I receive my voucher and pin. Will keep you updated and will also load the chats I had with the agent's that I Screencast. Please advise me if I'm wrong or overreacting. Thx 084634....
