STAFF INCOMPETENCE AT SUPERBETS
I asked for a simple change for my phone number. I sent several emails, called several times and was promised that my number would change. My emails had all my new details, ID but I still could not withdraw. The money that I had all won I lost because of the incompetence of superbet staff. Can they refund me my R3500. Instead I get half hearted efforts and referrals all the way. I will be taking this to social media because I am extremely aggrieved. One has to look at my transactions on my profile and see that I am telling the truth. Utterly disgusted to the least.
