16 Sept 2024, 10:24than you guys for solving the Saturday ewallet issue but it seem am still getting the same problem again and again can you kindly help and fix this problem of ewallets taking time to process
I made an ewallet withdrawal in the morning yesterday around 12noon the money reflected in less than 3 hours then i made another 5000r withdrawal from my Uk49s Lunch winnings but still today it hasn't been processed ,today i called supabets a lady by the name Bongiwe Mbatha was on the line unfortunately she was not so helpful ,telling me ewallets don't get processed on sundays but i asked why the 400r was processed and the 5000r is still pending she didn't give me an amicable reason instead she was telling me she is the only Bongiwe Mbatha at supabets and didn't give me a solution to my pending ewallet
