I made a withdrawal on my supabets account but didn't get the money, I spoke to a consultant who then told me to wait 48 hours as they do not bank with Capitec which of course passed but still no money.... Spoke to another consultant who then said my withdrawal was missed when making payments and will be processed on that day but still nothing... Now I'm being told it was paid and I should go to my bank., iv provided my bank statement as proof that I did not receive any money now they do not get back to me... No call when I request a callback and have since been waiting for a proof of payment from them.... I'm so disappointed
