Run... It's a ****

A couple of weeks ago I asked for a refund of the money that I've lost. Please note, this is not money that I won. After waiting 2 weeks and having to send constant reminders that I'm waiting on feedback, they reminded me of their Ts and Cs. They did not refund my money as they have no empathy. They could care less that I lost every penny I had on my name. On top of that they block my account. They are ****mers. All the people that win money on their site are chosen. They don't even flag you as an irresponsible gambler when you deposit big money within one week. They just keep on taking and tell you it's your own fault that you lost it. Stay away from them. I wish I saw the reviews before I started gambling with them. I've been with them for almost two years. This is the first time I requested a refund, even though I have lost money through them.
