R4000 Deposit Rip-Off!!!
The service is very poor, the consultants really need to go back for training because they do not understand what a customer is!
I made an EFT deposit of R4000 on Saturday the 14th October at 00:45 via their Ozow and the money has not reflected on my account. I have provided them with the proof of payment that they requested but now they are just quite. When you text them on WhatsApp they just bluetick every message you send them! I want my money back.
We are talking about R4000 here!!! What more do you really want because I have provided you with proof of payment with your bank reflecting on there, also a reference number is also showing! I have wasted over R150 in airtime calling them already and still now results!!!
