Promotional bonus unpaid

My friends and I opened supabets accounts and each received a promotion bonus of 150% of the original deposit, my friends played the bonus 5 or more times using any odd from (0.05 to 1.2) and managed to withdraw their bonuses and winnings, when I try to withdraw mine I am told "The minimum bet must be played above the minimum cumulative" and when I call the support department no one can explain what that means, instead they tell me to play 5 games each with an odd of over 1.1 and another consultant told me to play any game with any odd and I will be able to withdraw, I have done all that and still I cant withdraw my promotional bonus.

They keep ëscalating"the issue but no resolution is made, this is the worst service I have experienced and one agent told me on the phone that there are "different strokes for different folks"regarding this bonus.

From a new customer perspective this is nonsense and I will not recommend any betting enthusiasts to open an account with supabets as they are grossly unprofessional
