Problems with Supabets eWallet Pro

It has been 2 years now of asking clueless Supabets people how on earth am I still unable to use the FNB eWallet Pro option to withdraw money. The system allow me to create a pin and choose how much to withdraw and generates an OTP which they say can't be used to withdraw funds in an ATM and that a pin for withdrawal will be sent to my registered cell phone number.

I sit and wait for that pin which they say it comes via sms but it never comes through instead my requested funds are reversed back into my Supabets Account.

Before you ask me if the cell phone number I used is the same as the one I use on my Supabets account, the answer is YES!

Supabets I urge you to zoom in on the calibre of people you employ, they are almost all useless! They promise to escalate your matter and get back to you but none ever do! I suppose that's the kind of service one should expect with my fellow black people.

Two ****** good years of Supabets not being abale to help me figure out what is wrong with my FNB eWallet Pro withdrawal option.
