Problematic Supabets Ewallet Pro withdrawal

I have withdrawn money from my online Supabest Account using ''FNB Ewallet Pro''. I was given an option to create an Ewallet Pin and a message saying i will be able to withdraw in 24 hours.24 hours have come and gone and my Ewallet balance is still 0.00.Before this withdrawal I struggled with FICA.I have sent them documents after documents. They first wanted the back of my ID which i sent them then they said they can't verify my account using my id they want my cell number i did now its a problem to withdraw my money.
