Poor services and live chat is useless and hurting bigtime
I'm having an issue, I made a deposit of R1500. I turned over R1700. I withdraw R1400 but with one voucher and my withdrawal was rejected stating that I need to submit FICA with a already submitted. I request EFT and my withdrawal rejected again.
What hurt me most is I do a live chat but they end it before understanding my problem. I'm not happy and I'm done with supabets. This is not a place to be. I personaly think a agents are not helping their client to the fullest
I cant struggle with every withdrawal i make honestly

27 Jul 2023, 15:57Another withdraw rejected without any reason provided to me. I'm bet, I won. They dont want to pay. Last time they said sorry they will fix everything, but still the problem continues. This is a complete turnoff!!!!
