Poor service

Am so disappointed with supabets , they gave us accounts to deposit if we want to recharge our accounts , they said the money will be credited automatically but my situation is different as I did Atm deposit of r300 on the 11/10/2019 but my account is not credited , so I called them , sent email and wattsap but they are unable to credit my account, reason being it absa that must credit my account not them whereas the money was paid in to their , I also gave them proof of payment but still no help , what I want is my money or they must credit my account , how can you have an account but you cant access it. I don't have business with absa so I cant blame absa , supabets service is rotten. they are quick to take the money but always delay to service their clients , I spoke to Lindiwe, shox , tsepo , idah lastly Florence. According to them they are not incharge of the account so why they give us the account which they don't have control over.
