Poor Service

Everyday when i deposit the money into my account it takes 4 hours for the money to be credited into my account i send whats app with proof of payment sent email nothing is happening this is very frustrating some days it took a day for the account to be credited their support staff are unprofessional always get the same answer that query has been forwarded shouldn't be a support first point of contact and resolve the problem? Supervisors are always not available to listen to us when you request to speak to supervisor is one story after the other. I will not advice any one to waist their time and register on supabets Holly wood when it comes to deposit they are excellent payment reflect immediately
