Poor Service

<p>My wife deposited money lastnight into my online account since this hour nothing was credited into my account.She used the wrong reference number but I told them in my lots of mails I send them and gave them the reference she used.Absolutely ridiculous service no answer no reply no follow up from their side.They really don't worry.I think they blatant lazy And uncommitted.</p>
