POOR FINANCIAL AND WITHDRAWAL SERVICE!
Another day to pay withdrawals, I have been told different lies today, They do not pay out on Sundays, They having problems with EFT's, Team Leader Mot told me it is because yesterday was a public holiday. The only thing that make sense is no money to pay out withdrawals. Operate like a ****a shop.

10 Aug 2025, 20:06Yes and I will open a complaint with Gambling tomorrow regarding all the response of the agents. I have advised them my calls are recorded. So I will provide gambling board with all proof, call recordings and emails. The one agent told me 14:00 today I will receive my withdrawal within 2 hours because it is already approved. It is 20:00 still havent received nothing. If I do not receive my withdrawal before 22:00 tonight I promise you, I will put you under the spotlight and go public so people can see. Try me!!!!
