Poor customer service

I have been using the betting site for more than 10 years. The customer service is terrible. The system or software is outdated even the new comers are ahead from the cash-out system and withdrawals. Recently you can only use FNB for instant withdrawal and STILL TAKES HOURS IF NOT DAYS TO APPROVE WITHDRAWALS. I made a withdrawal yesterday and it's still pending approval. No sense of urgency or customer care.
